Background

Training institutes often rely on manual Human Resources (HR) processes to manage attendance, leave, and payroll, leading to inefficiencies and errors. Safety Corporation Services faced similar operational challenges in the HR department while managing a growing workforce and increasing administrative demands.

CodeStack partnered with the organization to design and implement a complete HR management system, document and Fleet management system. This system centralized employee data, automated repetitive tasks, and created a structured digital workflow for daily operations.

Our Approach

One of the primary objectives of the project was to eliminate time-consuming manual HR activities. Existing HR processes were carefully analyzed and redesigned into automated workflows with built-in validations and approvals.

The system was built with dedicated modules tailored to the internal needs of a training institute:

Attendance Management: Automated tracking with accurate records and reporting

Leave Management: Digital leave requests, approvals, and balance tracking

Payroll Processing: Automated salary calculations, deductions, and payslip generation

Employee Records: Centralized and secure employee information management

Generating Salary Certificates and employee CV’s

Complete fleet management module and company document management system

All modules were fully integrated to ensure data consistency and eliminate duplication.

The implementation of our HR software resulted in an 85% reduction in manual labor hours, significantly improving efficiency and freeing the SCS HR team to focus on strategic and people-centric initiatives.
